What you get
One person who finds where AI pays off in your business, builds it, trains your team and checks in every month.
Map where the hours actually go, rank what's worth fixing, and say plainly what isn't worth building.
Working tools inside software you already use. Not a slide deck or a report that sits in a drawer.
Hands-on sessions over video, on your team's real tasks, until they can run it without me.
A short written summary every month: what's running, what changed and what's next, in your own numbers.
How it works
Each step stands on its own. Nothing ongoing starts until the numbers make sense to you.
Tell me where your week goes. You get your likely #1 AI opportunity and a rough estimate of the hours involved, right away.
A working session with you and whoever does the work, plus a look at real examples. You get a written, ranked roadmap with estimated hours and a recommended first build. It's yours to keep whether or not you hire me.
I build the workflows from your roadmap, train your team to use them and check in every month. You choose how many things move at once.
What the work looks like
Typical first builds for a small business. These are examples of the kind of work, not client case studies.
Drafted, scheduled follow-ups after inquiries, quotes and invoices, plus a daily list of the ones that need a personal call.
Your prices, options and terms in one sheet, with AI drafting the wording from your notes. You review before anything goes out.
Appointments booked against your real calendar, with automatic reminders and a reschedule link.
One form that creates the customer record, the folder and the first email, instead of typing it three times.
An assistant that answers staff questions from your policies and price lists, with a link to the source so anyone can check.
Your staff using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot on their own real tasks, set up safely for a business.
Monthly plans
The only thing that changes is how many things I build at once. The assessment tells us which fits, and every plan is quoted to your business.

One build at a time
The same roadmap, reached faster.
Two builds in parallel
When several parts of the business need help.
Three builds in parallel
No price list. You get a written quote before anything starts. How pricing works
The fine print, up front
Five to Nine AI is one person, working remotely, evenings and weekends. I'm starting out, so I don't have a client list to show you and I won't make one up. What you get instead is a direct line to the person doing the work.
Questions
It depends on the size of your business and how much you want built, so I quote it rather than publish a price list. The quiz is free. The assessment is a one-time fee quoted to your size, and monthly plans are quoted from what the assessment finds. You get the number in writing before anything starts, and a short call is usually enough to give you a ballpark.
Because a five-person office and a twenty-person shop need different amounts of work, and a menu price would be wrong for most people. I'd rather spend ten minutes on a call and give you a real number than show a figure that changes once we talk.
Yes. You answer eight questions and the report appears on the page straight away. Your answers come to me so I can follow up personally, once, by email. There's no mailing list and I don't share your details.
No. Most first builds use what you already pay for: email, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, your accounting or booking software. If a new tool is worth it, I'll explain why and you pay for it directly, with no markup.
No. Each step stands on its own. You can take the quiz and stop, or do the assessment, keep the roadmap and build it yourself. Monthly plans are month to month with 30 days' notice.
No. I'll give you estimates in your own numbers and show you what's running each month, but I don't promise hours saved or a return on investment. That depends on your business and how the tools get used, and anyone who guarantees it is guessing.
Small, owner-run businesses of almost any kind: professional offices, home services, retail and e-commerce, healthcare and wellness practices, agencies, trades and more. What matters is where the hours go, not the industry. If AI isn't a good fit for your problem, I'll say so.
Tools run in your own accounts, and I don't ask for passwords. Where I need access, you add me as a user and can remove me any time. Don't send customer records until we've agreed to work together.
Free, eight questions, and the report appears on the page. If you'd rather talk it through, book a call instead.
